The main focus of my approach to Learning and Development lives within Performance Consulting. I partner with stakeholders and teams across the organization to identify and close the performance gaps using innovative and impactful training solutions.
Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to apply my instructional design skillset in a wide variety of environments. My expertise in Adult Learning Theory, coupled with my consultative approach allows me to design learning experiences that make a difference
I have led eLearning development projects from analysis to implementation, managing all aspects of deadlines, budget, and milestones. Additionally, I have successfully spearheaded LMS Implementation and Content Migration projects.
